Your area of responsibility:
You are responsible for the production of the dough as well as the preparation of fillings/stuffings of various dumplings according to the recipe.
The folding of dumplings in different forms is part of your responsibility.
You are responsible for the execution of cleaning work in the kitchen.
Besides that, you are responsible for the compliance of the hygiene concept (HACCP).
Ideally you have a broad knowledge of the Chinese cuisine, especially in the manufacture of dumplings and you are nimble-fingered.
You are a reliable and flexible person, which optimally has gained experience in the food production.
Your commitment to quality as well as your clean and precise working method are important requirements to cope with this position.
Furthermore, you have good language skills in English or German, any further language is an added value.
